Meet STONE
Stone is our handsome shy boy that has the face of an angel and the soul of one too! This sweet boy probably is the definition of Mixed Breed that comes out with all the right qualities that you want in a dog. Stone is just a little on the shy side and being in a shelter has not helped build his confidence. He has been to adoption events and he hangs back a little and therefore gets overlooked when competing with the outgoing dogs. This is a quiet treasure of a boy. He is such a loving boy that is only 3 years old and about 45 pounds. He loves other dogs and craves human attention, but will lag back and not ask for it. Have you met a person like that but they are the BEST human on the planet? Just not outgoing and flashy!? This is what Stone is like. Just a quiet soul that would love nothing more than to be your companion for life, sleep at your feet and curl up in his dog bed at night on the floor next to wherever your sleep. Stone is so good with other dogs and we have assumed that due to some strong hunting breed traits, that he would not be good with cats or birds in the house. Just an assumption. He needs older children who are respectful of his timid moments and not loud during playtime. Stone is a strikingly handsome dog that just wants a place to belong and fit in. If you have ever felt that way and then someone offered you the hand of friendship and acceptance, then offer your home and heart to this boy we call Stone. If you are interested please contact us at [email protected] Stone is ready to get out of the shelter and find a warm place to call home. PLEASE NOTE: Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.
