Meet LUCY
Hello world of dog lovers! Let me introduce myself to you as the ever-fun, Inquisitive Lucy, a snazzy Schnauzer mix who was rescued from a being a stray in small town Tennessee. Ladies don’t share their age but I’ll make the exception this one time….I’m a young 1-2 years old and a trim 40 pounds. You wouldn’t believe how bad it was to wandering the streets with no home to call my own. A nice lady who worked for a vet’s office actually took me in and contacted Critter Cavalry Rescue and boy was I glad they stepped up and took me in. Now I am living in a foster place that is like Doggy Disneyworld! I am living with lots of other dogs that are all sizes and they let me be the silly, playful, well mannered, housetrained young lady. I’ve made lots of friends with other dogs and even one they call Dirt the cat. It’s a fitting name for a black cat. Oh and I’ve even got this thing they call a plush dog bed all to myself! I know I do not want to get out of bed for breakfast some days cuz it’s so nice. Some of the things I love: to get morning scratches before I start my day, going for car rides and taking long walks on a leash. I am living like a queen now and I am ready to go to a new home where I can be your Black Queen! If you’re looking for a black scruffy beauty in your life then I’m your girl.
