Are you looking for her? When she is glad to see you, she will smile her pearly white smile at you. Sadly, she did lose an upper canine but with proper dental care for the rest of her life she should not lose any more. It would be best if you have breeder dog experience or have the patience for her to learn what it is like to be a pet. All in all, she is a very happy girl, loves attention, gets along with other younger small dogs and is on the road to being potty trained but understand there will be set backs. She is a wonderful little girl and deserves the best of homes, will that be yours? Our must haves for her are A fenced in yard Another socialized small young dog for her to play with as she does like to play some Someone home more than not No apartments, high rises or condos If you our requirements for sweet Brynn then please apply online to make her yours. ============== Information for All Dogs/Adopters ============== AADR does not recommend dachshunds for families with children under 5, or families planning to have children during the dog's lifetime. Dachshunds are often not patient with little kids, and kids can accidentally hurt a dachshund’s back or get bitten. If you have questions about this dog, please feel free to contact the foster home at the email address listed on the bio form. They have the most up-to-date information concerning the dog and would be happy to answer any questions about the animal. There will be an additional $60 fee added for a required Health Certificate if traveling out of the state in which they are being fostered. We will not adopt into CT, RI, NH, ME, or MA due to strict laws regarding importation of dogs into those states. If you have any issue with this, you will need to take this up with your legislatures. To understand the adoption process through AADR, please review the Adoption Information on our home page. Transportation options are outlined on that page in Step 3. Click this link to apply: https://www.allamericandachshundrescue.org/apply, it will take you to the application form. Please don't let the distance stand in your way of finding your newest best friend. We have volunteers who will help your "new friend" get up and down the East Coast or Midwest. We just can't get them from one coast to the other. Please look for dogs on your coast.
Adoption Process
Our adoption process is documented on our website at: http://www.allamericandachshundrescue.org/info/adoption
We do check all references including vet and a home visit is conducted for each animal adoption unless the adopter has previously adopted and there have been no changes or large lapse of time.
