We are a group of dedicated rescue people who want to save as many dogs and cats from the local shelters before they are euthanized. On the average....there are only 1 out of 10 animals that get adopted from a shelter. We are dedicated to helping increase pet adoptions by offering a shelter animal a foster home to go to while awaiting an adoptive family to find them on our Petfinder website. Won't you please adopt a shelter animal? Or won't you please help us foster a shelter animal while we are looking for their perfect home? What a gift you can give a dog or cat by giving them a place to feel safe and secure....a forever home or a foster home. Won't you help us at Critter Cavalry give them a chance to have a life?

Meet PUPPY MARS

My name is Mars and I was born October 24th to a momma who accidentally got pregnant.  Me and my siblings have been living in a nice restored barn and being cared for by a senior couple.  They take good care of us but they do not really play with us or teach us things....except love and how to give love.   I am a fun boy that loves to carry nice toys around in my mouth.  I can play with them all by myself and I make all the fun that I need to make. I get along with the barn cats and I like to play with children if they come by.  I have a handsome shiny black ebony coat of fur that gleams in the sun and I have some terrific ears that go in crazy directions. My momma is a Heeler mix and Dad was a Lab mix.  I weigh about 22 pounds right now and as of 1/30 and I will probably reach 60 pounds when fully grown.  If you would like to have me come play in your backyard and be your bestie in life then please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at [email protected] I promise to make you laugh and smile every single day!  I am ready now!
