Scrappy came to us several years ago from animal control where he had been surrendered by his owner, along with another dog, because they could no longer care for them. We found him a home 3 years ago but his new family has also fallen on hard times and can no longer care for him so he is back with us. For a period of time Scrappy resided in the bathroom with very little outside time and little human contact. Recently, we took him to the vet to get his shots updated. He loves car rides; hops right in and enjoys the sights. Scrappy is overweight by about 10-15 lbs. He is a low rider with a big head. He is friendly, walks on a leash but pulls because he is out of practice. Adoption Process
Must be 21 to adopt. $180 adoptions fee for dogs and $125 for cats, must complete an application and an interview
