Meet Daisy

Meet Daisy! Daisy is a 2 year old, sweet little land hippo (48lbs), who just wants to snuggle with her people and play. Even though Daisy was found abandoned at a truck stop by her foster mom, she is as sweet as they come and loves to be petted. Daisy loves to play with her dog siblings and she really enjoys playing fetch. Although “fetch” usually means giving the ball back. She'll pretend she's going to give you the ball, but she’d rather roll around with it. Daisy is shy when first meeting new people, but warms up and turns into a sweet love bug after spending some time with you. She loves other dogs, but is too excited around cats, so no cats. Also, she’d be better suited in a home with no small children. She’s met with our trainer a few times and does great with other dogs and is responding well to training. Daisy's adoption fee is $300.  This includes vaccinations, microchip, neuter/spay, and a clean bill of health unless otherwise specified.  If you're interested to bring Daisy into your family, please apply online at www.nashvillepittie.org/adopt
