Meet UBBE

UBBE is one of nine puppies in a litter that was taken to the animal shelter by animal control in mid March 2024. They are a mixture of.Boxer and Bully according to staff. They were about seven weeks old at the time of their arrival. They have received two sets of puppy vaccines. None of the little darlings has been spayed or neutered yet. That must be done before the one or two that you adopt can go home with you as your own. UBBE is a happy, energetic and affectionate young dog. He is no longer considered a puppy once he reached about six months of age. He will not be considered an adult until he reaches one year of age. Hopefully, some wonderful person or family is going to step up and adopt him long before that time. Serious adopters are encouraged to CALL the shelter to schedule an adoption appointment. Staff can explain the adoption procedures and fees when you call. The shelter does require EXACT change in the form of cash or a check. The shelter is UNABLE to accept credit or debit. So, please go prepared!

Adoption Process
Adoption contract, Adoption fee of $50 per cat and $80 per dog set by county commission and subject to change, drivers license and cash or check only. The adoption fees currently cover most, but not all, of the spay/neuter cost incurred by the county.
