To adopt please fill out an adoption Application Friendly, well-socialized, gentle. Max is a 11 month old male golden retriever mix who was rescued from a rural TN kill shelter. Calm, low maintenance. Good with other dogs (see video!) and living comfortably with another dog in his foster home. Fine with cats. Loves kids and gentle with the young neighborhood kids. Medium energy level outside, quiet and well-mannered in the house. Crate trained and housebroken. Obeys basic commands. Loves to be with his people. Good on a leash, rides great in the car. Healthy and fully vetted, current on shots, neutered, weighs about 55 pounds. AWESOME young retriever mix will make a wonderful companion (and jogging partner!) for an active family who loves the breed.
