Critter Cavalry Rescue

We are a group of dedicated rescue people who want to save as many dogs and cats from the local shelters before they are euthanized. On the average....there are only 1 out of 10 animals that get adopted from a shelter. We are dedicated to helping increase pet adoptions by offering a shelter animal a foster home to go to while awaiting an adoptive family to find them on our Petfinder website. Won't you please adopt a shelter animal? Or won't you please help us foster a shelter animal while we are looking for their perfect home? What a gift you can give a dog or cat by giving them a place to feel safe and secure....a forever home or a foster home. Won't you help us at Critter Cavalry give them a chance to have a life?

Meet PUPPY MURPHY

Murphy is a little guy that grabs your heart and runs for the hills to give you kisses, snuggles and hours of funny Chihuahua playful antics.   He is about 11 weeks old and weighs 8 pounds and on his way to being a 15-20 pound boy when fully grown.  This little guy came to a small town shelter as an owner turn in and Critter Cavalry Rescue was quick to scoop him up and take him out of the shelter.   This boy is so wonderful and such a good sport with all the other animals and people in the foster home.  He is so versatile and would be great with a family with older children who are respectful of him!   “We love Murphy!”, his foster Joyce proclaims with great enthusiasm.  You will love him too!   If you are interested in this adorable male Chi puppy then email us with your city and state and ask for an application at [email protected]  He is in Nashville, TN and we transport every weekend to the northeast and also adopt to the Middle Tennessee area .
