Meet JITTERBUG (Neutered!)

JITTERBUG has been at the shelter since August 2022! JITTERBUG has a happy, smiling face and he just looks like he wants to dance! He is a 52 pound American bulldog mix, white with black markings. Staff estimates his age at 2 to 3 years as of his Intake date. He is being kenneled with another wonderful dog. Because he is already neutered, he can go home with you the same day that you adopt him! So, CALL the shelter to schedule an adoption appointment. Staff can explain the adoption procedures and fees when you call. The shelter does require EXACT change in the form of cash or a check. The shelter is UNABLE to accept credit or debit. So, please go prepared! That includes taking a dog collar and leash with you to the adoption appointment in case you do decide to adopt him. Even better, consider taking a large dog crate with you to confine him for the trip home. No animal should be allowed to run freely in any vehicle. Especially an animal that you have just adopted! Safety first!

Adoption Process
Adoption contract, Adoption fee of $50 per cat and $80 per dog set by county commission and subject to change, drivers license and cash or check only. The adoption fees currently cover most, but not all, of the spay/neuter cost incurred by the county.
