Meet LADY BIRD
When you are looking for a beautiful dog to rescue, they don’t come any prettier than this girl Ladybird. A gorgeous Border Collie/Aussie mix girl that has found herself in a bind with a family who started raising her and then failed to keep the course of commitment. Someone is going to be VERY LUCKY to have this young 8 month old girl who is 40 pounds and still learning what is expected of her in life. She embodies all the things that you think of when looking for a smart, loving, friendly, intensely attentive and loyal dog. A dog that requires you to be present with them when you are out on walks, runs, hikes or teaching sessions. Our girl needs to have a much needed “reset” in her life and we are looking for a truly dedicated dog owner or family that will give her the guidance and commitment that a dog like of her breed must have and needs. She is good with other dogs and loves children. Not cat tested but we can arrange that if we have a qualified and serious adopter. We are looking for an active lifestyle family and lots of daily exercise and stimulation. She is not just a pretty face…but a pretty intense dog that is not a fulltime couch potato. Parttime maybe…but not fulltime. If you have the knowledge and time to commit, please email us at [email protected] PLEASE NOTE: Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.
