Hello! We are Dot's Friends. Dot's Friends is a 501(c)3 approved nonprofit dog rescue and outreach organization located in Huntsville, Texas. We are a volunteer-run rescue who's mission it is to improve the welfare of the pets and pet owners in our community of East Texas by reducing the pet homelessness problem. Our main programs to support our mission are spay and neuter campaigns for owned-animals and finding forever homes for our fosters.

Meet Mistletoe

Mistletoe was dumped at a vet clinic on Christmas Day with a broken pelvis before coming into the rescue. This little trooper is a sweet and calm Shih Tzu and is now safe with her foster. Her pelvis is now being assessed and then we will get her up to date on shots, prevention, and have her spayed and microchipped.
