Meet Honey
Age: 7 years Weight: 65 lbs Honey was rescued by Legacy from an over-crowded shelter where she going to be euthanized. She absolutely loves everyone she meets, including kiddos, and will take all the cuddles she can get. Honey sleeps a lot and just wants to be where her people are. Honey is house and crate-trained and can be trusted to have free roam of the house. She hasn't enjoyed the company of other dogs or cats and will do best as an only pet. If you're looking for a happy, laid back rescue dog to spend your days with, please apply online and we'll be in touch. She is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and tested positive for heartworms. She is taking antibiotics and will receive the slow-kill treatment funded by Legacy Humane Society. Her adoption fee is $200. https://legacyhumanesociety.org/adoption-application/
Adoption Process
$200 fee for dogs and $250 puppies. They are fully vetted and put in foster homes until they are adopted. Adopters complete an adoption app and we will check their vet reference or do a home check. Once they are approved, they will meet w/ the foster family and dog to see if it's a good match for their family.
