Straydog is a No-Kill Dog Shelter and Sanctuary located 70 miles SE of Dallas. Partner with Straydog and our mission – To rescue and rehabilitate homeless and abandoned dogs in a no-kill environment until each is adopted into a caring, loving home; and to act as a sanctuary for those dogs who are never adopted. Because of our location, we are able to provide forever homes in our sanctuary to any rescues who do not get adopted. We believe in the total care of the animal forever and always.

Meet Pepper

Pepper is a beautiful, young Great Pyrenees mix who was found wandering a country road along with his sister, Spice.  He is sweet and gentle and loves all people.  He walks well on a leash and enjoys his outings to the park.  He will make a great family pet and would love to find his forever home.  Come out to meet him at our shelter and he will melt you heart.

1. Application 2. Home Visit 3. Contract 4. $175 fee includes shots, spay/neuter, and heart worm prevention
