Meet Pepper X (New Digs)

Meet sweet Pepper! She is a 3 year old, 45 lb, mountain cur mix with a beautiful coat and loves to cuddle and play! She was adopted from San Antonio Pets Alive over 3 years ago after her mom refused to let her feed due to being a different color/size from her littermates. She is a very healthy girl with no major issues other than her anxiety (easily controlled with medicine). All of her shots are up to date, she is spayed, and she is microchipped. Pepper is a cuddle bug until play time, and then she loves chasing a ball! She gets along with other dogs and currently lives with a larger 75 lb dog. She loves to play with bigger dogs and wrestle. She has no experience with cats. Pepper will cuddle you all night long in bed and loves to be under the covers. An ideal home for Pepper would be an adult/older child household (gets irritated by baby crawling on her while sleeping or resting) and one with a yard for her to run in! She would love another dog to play with and does not like being kenneled. She has no issue being out all day and mostly snoozes or hangs out with her humans/other dogs. Pepper would thrive in a house with a stay at home parent as she loves cuddling and being around her parent(s). Pepper is house trained and leash trained. She knows basic commands and is very treat motivated. She is smart and loves a day at the dog park, a car ride, or a pup cup at Starbucks! This sweet girl is deserving of the perfect furever home!
