Straydog is a No-Kill Dog Shelter and Sanctuary located 70 miles SE of Dallas. Partner with Straydog and our mission – To rescue and rehabilitate homeless and abandoned dogs in a no-kill environment until each is adopted into a caring, loving home; and to act as a sanctuary for those dogs who are never adopted. Because of our location, we are able to provide forever homes in our sanctuary to any rescues who do not get adopted. We believe in the total care of the animal forever and always.

Meet Kojack

Hi, my name is Kojack. I was born on March 3, 2024 along with 12 other siblings. I am a beautiful Labrador/shepherd mix and will grow up to be a very handsome boy.  Straydog was kind enough to take me in when my mom's owner could no longer care for me and my siblings. I am a typical sweet and playful puppy and am looking for my furever family to grow up with. I would prefer a home with kids older than 8 years old. I love to give kisses, hugs and playing around with toys in the water.  Come and meet me at the shelter and you will fall in love.

1. Application 2. Home Visit 3. Contract 4. $175 fee includes shots, spay/neuter, and heart worm prevention
