Meet Lucas

Lucas is an affectionate lab mix who gets along well with other dogs (small and large) and enjoys chasing and wrestling with the big dogs in his foster home. He walks nicely on the leash (with a no-pull harness), alone or with a canine companion. Lucas enjoys playing fetch and will sometimes bring the ball back to you.  Lucas is crate- and house trained. He is working on his basic commands (he's doing well sitting for a treat). He's a bit too interested in cats on his walks, so he will probably do best in a feline-free home.  Lucas is a typical friendly lab who likes to be close to his people and be petted. He's a calm, quiet boy who is easy to have around. No young children for Lucas. He will make a wonderful companion for a lucky person or family.  Lucas is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. He has been treated for heartworms (slow kill method) with ProHeart 12. Adoption Process
$200 fee for dogs and $250 puppies. They are fully vetted and put in foster homes until they are adopted. Adopters complete an adoption app and we will check their vet reference or do a home check. Once they are approved,they will meet w/ the foster family and dog to see if it's a good match for their family.
