Tommy is the epitome of a happy dog. His tail is constantly wagging and he seems to always have a smile on his face. He is a playful boy who enjoys running around the yard and chasing after toys. Tommy LOVES people and gets so happy to make new human friends. He is also a more vocal dog and will bark while playing or make cute noises to get your attention.
