Meet Hamlet

Hi, my name is Hamlet. I’m a Shih Tzu and a little over a year old. I’m a total lovebug who needs lots of attention and affection. I enjoy cuddles, lying next to you, and following you wherever you go. I can be a little jealous of other dogs getting attention, but I’m not aggressive and my foster mom says I’m doing better. I’m partially potty trained. While I know to use the bathroom outside, I sometimes have accidents, but that could be because I’m still adjusting to everything. I am good on walks, but really prefer being inside with my people. I’m looking for my forever home with a family who is home a lot. I would prefer to be with someone who works from home or is retired. Hamlet is fully vetted, but he came to us a little under weight. Currently, he is 11.5 pounds, but should be between 13 to 16. He has a healthy appetite, so it won’t take long for him to be at the weight he needs to be. Adoption Process
$200 adoption fee over 6 months, $225 for under 6 months, adoption contract, homevisit
