Lady’s Legacy is dedicated to transforming the lives of stray and abandoned dogs. Inspired by our beloved Lady, whose life was tragically cut short, we are committed to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs in need. While we connect these dogs with loving families in our home state of Texas, our mission also extends to transporting them to new homes in other states, thereby reducing San Antonio's pet overpopulation and honoring Lady’s memory with each life we save.

She adores playing fetch, expertly bouncing the ball back to your feet, rolling it to you, or even catching it midair with impressive agility. Not only is she an enthusiast of fetch, but Wilma also loves to greet people with a charming handshake, adding a touch of grace to her vibrant personality. Wilma is well-suited for a home with dogs of similar or larger size, or as the only dog where she can soak up all the attention she deserves. Are you the forever companion Wilma has been hoping for?

Adoption Process
There is an adoption application, interview required, and adoption contract. Fee is negotiable.
