Meet Koda

Koda was found in Little Elm back in Oct 2024. The finders tried relentlessly to find his owners but no one surfaced. They reached out to LHS for assistance finding him the forever home he deserves!  Koda is great with dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes. He does have a tendency to guard his food, as a result, he would do best in a home with older kids who understand his boundaries around food. He is crate trained and house broken. Koda knows basic commands and is eager to please. What he loves the most is being around people and is a very loyal companion.  He has been brought current on vaccinations, heartworm tested (negative), microchipped and has been neutered. Adoption Process
$200 fee for dogs and $250 puppies. They are fully vetted and put in foster homes until they are adopted. Adopters complete an adoption app and we will check their vet reference or do a home check. Once they are approved,they will meet w/ the foster family and dog to see if it's a good match for their family.
