Meet Porter

Porter was adopted as a puppy from an animal shelter in Oklahoma. As his family evolved over the year, work is taking them to a location that does not allow dogs. They reached out to LHS for assistance finding him a home that can give him the time and attention he deserves.  This handsome guy with stunning blue and brown eyes is just over a year old and 50lbs. He is housebroken and crate trained. He does great with children and dogs of all shapes and sizes. We have not yet seen him around cats but we can cat test if needed. He knows basic commands and can be trusted to have free roam of the house.  He has been neutered, is current on his vaccinations, microchipped and heartworm negative. Adoption Process
$200 fee for dogs and $250 puppies. They are fully vetted and put in foster homes until they are adopted. Adopters complete an adoption app and we will check their vet reference or do a home check. Once they are approved,they will meet w/ the foster family and dog to see if it's a good match for their family.
