Bandit is a 5YO Cattle Dog who was found in rough condition. We think he was attacked by another animal. He was covered with dried mud, puncture wounds, and lacerations. Most of the injuries are centered around his legs. He was unable to put weight on the right rear leg - x-rays showed he has old fractures of his right tibia and fibula. His left rear leg was very swollen, but some of the swelling has gone down. Our medical team here at FBCAS says his right leg will need to be amputated, but his left leg needs to heal from it's soft tissue damage first. He is able to stand and walk at the moment, but he's unstable on his right leg due to his injuries. Additionally, one of his teeth is fractured and will need to be extracted. What Bandit really needs is to find a rescue to help him get the further medical care he needs. He's been through a lot, and deserves a little extra TLC. Please let us know if you're a rescue that can help him!
