Meet Chloe

Chloe is a 6-year-old 8-pound female cream Chihuahua. She came to be a part of the CAWS family when her 2-legged person had to go to assisted living and ended up in a local shelter where she was not doing good losing weight. She is in her foster home flourishing, slowly regaining weight. Ultimately she should gain a couple more pounds. This little lady is the most wonderful, precious, loving and sweet adorable dog ever. She exudes sheer delight and gentleness. Chloe recently had blood work and a dental, only losing 2 teeth. She gets along wonderfully with all the other 4-legged furkids in her foster home, big and small, male and female. She does not have a mean bone in her little body. She likes to sleep next to or on her 2-legged people and cuddle with them on the couch, but she is perfectly content to sleep at the end of the bed or other end of the couch, or in a dog bed on the floor. She has turned out to be a little jewel, almost perfect. She has not had a single accident, she does okay in a crate but her 2 legged people work from home so she really has not had to be in a crate for a long period of time, however, she is in a big crate with lots and lots of beds with the other little darlings while the 2 legged people work, just to keep them out from under foot. She is a most wonderful assistant while her 2-legged people work from home, not a peep from her. This little girl just wants her furever family and to be safe for the rest of her life. Chloe should go to a home with older or no children as she is a small little girl that could get hurt or under foot. If you are interested please reach out for a meet and greet. Chloe will make the greatest most wonderful companion.Dogs are not placed on a first-come, first-serve basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal. Applications may take up to 48 hours to process. All CAWS animals are fixed, microchipped, and vaccinated. Her adoption fee is $100.
