Meet Ajax

Meet Ajax (AJ to his friends), a sweet, fun-loving soul who is looking for his forever home. This adorable ball of scruff is a 9-month-old terrier mix that weighs about 20 lbs. AJ loves nothing more than snuggling up on the couch with his favorite person and receiving endless belly rubs. While he's a bit shy at first, once he warms up, he'll be your BFF! AJ is eager to go on adventures, whether it's a walk in the park, a hike, or a trip to the dog park. AJ adores other dogs and really comes out of his shell to become the life of the party in a play group. He's also a smarty pants and picks things up quickly. Within days of being at his foster home, he figured out how to use the doggy door, as well as the commands sit, outside, off, and he's quickly learning down and shake. AJ sleeps in his crate at night but prefers being out of it when home alone. He is potty trained and trustworthy if left out. AJ's ideal home would have another pup to play with, children over 8 and a warm lab to snuggle on.
