A bright and affectionate four-year-old American Pitbull Terrier mix from Chula Vista, CA, whose heart is as big as her 66-pound frame and whose brindle coat glows with sunny warmth—just like her personality. Poppy is the total package for anyone looking for a loving sidekick who can fetch with flair, snuggle like a champ, and flash a grin that'll melt your heart! She’s mastered the essentials like sit, down, shake, and “place” (her cue to head to bed like the good girl she is), and she's fully potty trained—talk about house-ready! But what truly sets her apart is her sweet, silly spirit and her love for life’s simple pleasures. Sunbathing is her absolute favorite, and she’ll happily spend the afternoon stretched out in a warm patch of light, soaking it all in like a four-legged sunflower. When it's playtime, Poppy lights up! She’s a pro at unstuffing plush toys, bouncing after squeaky tennis balls, and tugging ropes with all the determination of a pup on a mission. She’s also a certified foodie—Greek yogurt and string cheese are the way to her heart. Have one of those in your hand, and you’ve just made a best friend for life!
