Meet Dr. Pepper
Dr. Pepper is around 2 years old but has an old-school hound vibe -- adaptable to new situations and looks at life with a stoic resolve. He waits patiently for that perfect person to come take him home. He is a very reasonable guy, will walk calmly on lead, and isn’t much of a crooner. Dr. Pepper loves to be stroked on his head and face-- of course he enjoys body rubs too. He plays with the toys in his room and kennel. Since he has been at Almost Home, he likes to meet other dog residents, meet visitors, and have time to jog around our yards. Dr. Pepper has a dignity that shows in his lovable face. He is waiting to give someone his whole heart in that special way only a hound can. He rooms with Sprite and they get along well. They do not need to be adopted together, but what's better than one chill hound? Two!Fill out an application and come meet Dr. Pepper soon!
