Meet Snoopy

Snoopy is back at the shelter, again! This poor boy is so confused. We originally pulled Snoopy from a different shelter. Snoopy is only 1 and 1/2 years old. He is a terrier of some type. Possibly some Pit Bull with that head. He does well with cats. He would do well with other dogs with the proper time to get comfortable. Snoopy has SEVERE separation anxiety. He would ideally do best in a home with a retired person or someone who is home most of the time. He doesn't care to be crated but if he needs to be left alone, that's would be the best option for him. He bonds very quickly to one person. He walks decently on leash. A home with older children or no children would be best. If you already have another dog, and are interested in adopting, please bring them in with you for a "meet and greet" Adoption fee is $175, cash or credit card, which includes spay/neuter, microchip and first vaccine. Mon.-Sat. 10-4

Adoption Process
Adoption fee is $40.00 and they receive $25.00 of that back in the form of a spay/neuter certificate to use when surgery is done. We have a questionaire that is required to be filled out, adoption contract and copy of the West Virginia Spay/Neuter law is reviewed with adoptees as it is mandatory spay neuter when adopting from out facility. It is same day adoptions.
