Sweet Roxy is around 8 years old. She is very skittish of new people and it may take a couple of meets to make her comfortable. She would do best in a home with no cats, livestock, or farm animals, and can potentially be around other dogs as long as they aren't to pushy or playful as she just wants to co exist with them. She is very sweet once she gets comfortable with you and knows that she is safe. She walk great on leash especially considering her size. Adoption Process
Interested adopters must fill out an adoption application. We verify that current pets are UTD on Rabies vaccinations and spayed or neutered. If the applicants rent we verify with the landlord that they are approved to adopt a pet. Adopters must fill out an adoption contract and sterilization agreement if the pet is not already altered. Pets that are not altered can only be adopted out to residents of Warren County or a surrounding jurisdiction. The adoption fee for cats is $15 and the fee for dogs is $30. The adoption fee does not include the cost of spay or neuter. If the animal is not altered adopters are required to have the pet altered within 30 days of adoption or by the time it reaches 6 months old.
