Hello I'm Daisy! I had a rough start at life but I am looking forward to starting over. I am a shy girl but will warm up rather quickly and would do best in an adult only home. I am learning trust and how to "dog" and I just know there is a family out there looking for a friend. I'm willing to be that friend, I just ask that you can be patient with me and help me build my confidence. I do not like those kitty creatures and kids make me too nervous. I did however have an older calm male doggie bud that I was learning from. I was fostered by a professional trainer and I enjoyed playtime with some of her personal dogs, but she does say that I am dog selective and it will take the right dog and time and patience for me to be comfortable. Adoption Process
Interested adopters must fill out an adoption application. We verify that current pets are UTD on Rabies vaccinations and spayed or neutered. If the applicants rent we verify with the landlord that they are approved to adopt a pet. Adopters must fill out an adoption contract and sterilization agreement if the pet is not already altered. Pets that are not altered can only be adopted out to residents of Warren County or a surrounding jurisdiction. The adoption fee for cats is $15 and the fee for dogs is $30. The adoption fee does not include the cost of spay or neuter. If the animal is not altered adopters are required to have the pet altered within 30 days of adoption or by the time it reaches 6 months old.
