DESCRIPTION: Delgado has had himself a rough time, he found himself at the shelter. One day he got adopted but shortly thereafter he found himself on the streets again and in another shelter. Delgado is a sweet boy who loves zooming around and playing ball, he needs some manners but knows many commands. He received a gold star at the vet for his behavior! Adoption Process
