Meet Mocha

Mocha is the whole package; she is an affectionate, beautiful and very smart 9-month-old German shepherd mix who is friendly with kids, people and dogs.  She's energetic and loves playing fetch, playing with her toys, playing in water, likes going on walks and walks well on a leash. Her current family took her in recently but quickly realized that a young, energetic pup needs more running and playing space than their townhouse provides.  Also, the resident cat has not been welcoming. She is crate-trained, housebroken, enjoys car rides and knows some basic obedience commands (SIT and WAIT).  She's spayed and up-to-date with shots. Off leash in a field, she stays nearby (within about 50 feet) and comes when you whistle or call her. She is a great candidate for agility or scent work.  She's smart and picks up on things quickly. Mocha is still a puppy who is sometimes timid around random things, has a hard time settling down (the world is very exciting) and can be mouthy.  She is very responsive to a corrective AH-HA, and all of this puppy behavior improves with time and training.    For the active family or person who loves walking, training and hiking and is ready to explore and enjoy all that the world offers with an adorable young dog, Mocha is your girl. You will be rewarded with an intelligent, loyal, devoted and loving lifetime companion; the quintessential GSD.
