Meet Lacey
Lacey is a 2 year old Lab/Corgi mix, she weighs 49 pounds right now. She has been in an outdoor pen all her life but we finally got her into a great foster home. Lacey is a very happy and energetic girl and would be great with an active family or as a playmate for another dog. She loves everyone she meets including humans and other dogs. She is even good around chickens! She is now house trained and kennel trained and has come a long way with her leash training. Lacey is easy to train and comes when she is called. She is learning to play with toys from her foster brothers. If you would like to meet Lacey please fill out an application from our website. Fenced yard required
Adoption Process
We have a thorough adoption process that includes an adoption application, vet check (All current and past pets have to be current on vacs. and spayed/neutered), and home check (fence required for larger dogs, etc.). If those come out good and the adoption is finalized, there is an adoption fee that is paid and a contract is signed by the adopter stating that the animal must be routinely vetted and the animal is not allowed to go to any other home w/out the rescue's approval. All of our animals are spayed/neutered before adopting out and currenton vacs (as well as flea and HW meds).
