Meet Ben
Our bouncy Ben was picked up by a local animal control. He was very thin, heart worm positive, and had intestinal parasites. All of that is behind him now as he has completed treatment for all and is ready to find his forever home. We really should have named him Tigger as he bounces every where he goes. He loves to play and also can be a snuggler when he has gotten his energy out. We don't know how he is with cats as he hasn't been around them. Ben knows sit and down and is eager to learn more. He would like a family who will continue with training, and include him in their adventures, keeping in mind that he is a hound and must always be leashed when out because he likes to follow his nose. He would be a great walking, running, hiking buddy. If you are that special family who would love this boy forever, please contact Rainbow Animal Rescue at [email protected] or 757-472-1583
Adoption Process
We require an adoption application. We do home checks, vet checks, and reference checks. If approved, the adopter signs a contract.
