Banjo *Adopt or Foster*

Mutt Love Rescue

We are dedicated to rescuing dogs left homeless for whatever reason – dogs in public shelters where they are at high risk of euthanasia due to pet overpopulation, dogs given up by their owners because of difficult circumstances, and those in danger of abuse or neglect. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives. We work with local and rural shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless pets.

Meet Banjo *Adopt or Foster*

Banjo came to Mutts when his owner passed away.  He is very sweet and cuddly, but is a little shy on first meet, not surprising since he was abused by his owner.  He is a love bug once he is comfortable and will be your best friend.  Banjo is about 3 years old and weighs 23 pounds.  He would love a home where he can be showered with love and learn that not all people are cruel.

Adoption Process
Potential adopters complete an application, are interviewed, vet references are checked, home visit, adoption contract. Adoption fee is $285 for a spayed/neutered, fully vetted and microchipped dog.
