GORDON NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!! Name: Gordon         Best Guess for Breed: Beagle/Terrier mix   Best Guess for Age: 1 year as of December 2024          SEX: Male   Approximate Weight: 22 lbs   Gets Along With: Gordon gets along with other dogs! We have not seen him with cats or kids but he can be tested.   Currently Living at: Shelter (Gordon needs a foster or forever home!!!)   Special adoption considerations: Dogs from Puerto Rico have a major transition to go through when they arrive and will need humans who are very committed to socialization. We think Gordon would do best with either a resident dog or a family who can make sure he can go on walks regularly with other dogs, visit the dog park, or go to doggie daycare to learn the ropes.         Gordon is Looking For: His forever home! This sweet boy ended up in the shelter through no fault of his own. He is now looking for his own family. He looks forward to having long sniffy walks and someone to cuddle with. Adoption Process
1. Complete Adoption Application 2. Phone interview, vet check and home visit. 3. Contract signed (requirements include keeping a pet ID on dog at all times, keeping the dog as a pet, spaying/neutering puppies by 6 monts of age, returning the pet to Lucky Dog in the adopter cannot take care of it at any point in the future, and providing adequate vet care for the rest of the dog's life.
