Lucky Dog Animal Rescue

Lucky Dog Animal Rescue is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing homeless and abandoned animals, primarily dogs from high-kill shelters and owners who can no longer care for them. By working with committed volunteers, foster homes, local veterinarians, trainers, and boarding facilities, we are able to rescue hundreds of animals every year, provide them with loving temporary care, and find them well-matched, carefully screened forever homes. We also serve as a resource to our community and all pet owners by providing education and information on responsible pet ownership, including the importance of spay/neuter, positive behavior training, and good nutrition.

JELLYBEAN NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!! Name:  Jellybean        Best Guess for Breed:   Lab/Retiever mix   Best Guess for Age:  7 months as of December 2024       SEX:   female   Approximate Weight:  66 lbs as of 12/27/24 and still growing    Gets Along With:   Other dogs! We haven’t seen her with kids or cats but we can always test!   Currently Living at:   South Carolina SHELTER. She needs a foster or forever home to come to the area.   Jellybean is Looking For: Jellybean and her siblings Doodlebug, Cotton, and Pecan enjoyed growing up together but now they're ready to get their own homes! Jellybean is looking for an active forever home where she can get plenty of exercise, adventures, and love. She is just out of her puppy days and is full of curiosity and eager to explore the world around her. She would love to join you for long walks, play dates, and dog park visits. At the end of the day, she would enjoy cuddling and belly rubs. If you're looking for a sweet, playful pup who is ready for her next adventure, Jellybean could be your perfect match! What My Foster Says About Me:   We will update when she comes to the area. Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.  TO ADOPT:      The adoption fee for this dog is $460, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter. Adoption Process
1. Complete Adoption Application 2. Phone interview, vet check and home visit. 3. Contract signed (requirements include keeping a pet ID on dog at all times, keeping the dog as a pet, spaying/neutering puppies by 6 monts of age, returning the pet to Lucky Dog in the adopter cannot take care of it at any point in the future, and providing adequate vet care for the rest of the dog's life.
