PECAN NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!! Name:   Pecan          Best Guess for Breed:   Lab/Hound mix   Best Guess for Age:   7 months as of December 2024        SEX:    male   Approximate Weight:   73 lbs as of 12/27/24 and still growing   Gets Along With:   Other dogs! We haven’t seen him with kids or cats but we can always test.   Currently Living at:   South Carolina SHELTER. He needs a forever or foster home to come to the area   Pecan is Looking For:   Pecan and his siblings Doodlebug, Cotton, and Jellybean enjoyed growing up together but now they're ready to get their own homes! Pecan is eager to meet new friends, both human and canine. This young boy is just out of his puppy phase and ready for his next adventure. He is looking for his forever home where he can enjoy outdoor activities, long sniffy walks, and romps at the dog park.  A good snuggle after a fun day sounds perfect to this sweet boy. If you are looking to open your heart to a young pup who has not yet seen enough of the world, Pecan might just be the perfect fit for you! What My Foster Says About Me:   Coming soon!  Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.  TO ADOPT:      The adoption fee for this dog is $460, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter. Adoption Process
1. Complete Adoption Application 2. Phone interview, vet check and home visit. 3. Contract signed (requirements include keeping a pet ID on dog at all times, keeping the dog as a pet, spaying/neutering puppies by 6 monts of age, returning the pet to Lucky Dog in the adopter cannot take care of it at any point in the future, and providing adequate vet care for the rest of the dog's life.
