Partnership for Animal Welfare (PAW) was founded in 1996 and is a all-volunteer, cat and dog rescue organization. Our mission is to place homeless dogs and cats in loving and stable homes. We focus on holding weekend adoption shows to allow prospective owners to meet with the animals and with our volunteers.

***SENIOR*** This little man has a BIG personality! A bit nervous at first, Tito is a playful and inquisitive older guy who wants to enjoy his later years with his person and maybe another dog! He loves to dance around with other dogs, climb into the arms of his person, and feel the love and security of a home.Tito is a heart-melter. He was a big hit at the vet clinic and makes friends wherever he goes. He is super transportable and has no problem in the car, walking on leash, or simply enjoying the sniffs in his very own yard. Tito may be on the older side but youth is wasted on the young! He has a lot of life in him and a lot of love to give. Will you be the recipient of his mature affections?PAW adopts out to the MD, VA, and DC region.

Adoption Process
1. Interested adopter fills out adoption application. 2. Application is reviewed by Adoption Review committee within a couple of days. 3. Vet check is performed on applicant for current and past pets. 4. Home visit is conducted. 5. If the adoption is approved, a contract is signed, a donation made, and the pet goes home with the adopter.
