Meet Matilda

Matilda is the perfect mix of love bug and spunk. She LOVES toys and playing (she needs sturdy toys).She is food motivated and so incredibly smart. Matilda is flourishing in her foster home and is almost completely house broken and crate trained.  Matilda is good with people of all ages and other dogs. She has not been officially cat tested, but did not mind a cat leisurely strolling through the yard. Matilda loves to go on walks and outings, and walks well on the leash (mostly, sometimes slightly pulling but easily corrected).Matilda most likely was a weighted blanket in her past life, as she loves to lay on and with her foster family and would love to find people of her own to snuggle, lay on, and love on!  

Adoption Process
Adoption Application Reference Checks Landlord or home ownership check Vet Check Criminal Background Check Animal Abuse Registry Check Home Visit Fees - puppies (up to 6 months) $350, Adults (6 months - 6 years $200), Senior Dogs (7 years+) $150 Approved Applicants will need to sign an adoption contract requiring them to attend a training class. They also need to commit to frequent visits within the first 6 months after adoption to ensure everyone is happy and well taken care of.
