Adoption Fees
$800.00Meet Hannah
Hannah is available for adoption. She is 4 years old and weighs 10 lbs. Her adoption fee is $800.00. We have had Hannah living with us for two weeks now. She is such a smart, sweet little girl, always happy to see her humans whether they’ve been in another room, or away for an hour or two. She gets along well with her foster brothers, but there have been some minor altercations, especially with our “senior citizen” dog, that lead me to believe she would be best as an only dog. Other than that, there are 4 things I see as a definite must for Hannah’s forever home. 1. To be allowed to sleep in the human bed with her person/people. She is a good bed mate and will snuggle up near you, but not on top of you. She sleeps beautifully through the night. 2. No crate, ever. She was never crated in her former home and got very stressed the first night she was here in a topless crate. After that first night, she joined us in bed. She has no problem being in a section of the house with gates at the doorways. She is not destructive and is as house trained as a small dog can be. 3. Other than a couple of nice long walks daily, Hannah needs a nice sized, securely fenced yard where she can sniff, explore and run with human supervision, of course! 4. Last of all, she needs someone willing to play endless games for fetch with her! You can toss small balls, big balls or floppy toys for hours on end and she will bring them right back to you and drop them at your feet. Luckily, she is also willing to stop when you have been sufficiently worn out! Hannah is eagerly awaiting her forever home, but we will certainly miss this ray of sunshine when she leaves! Hannah is staying with Robin in Chesterfield, VA.
