PANCAKE NEEDS A FOREVER HOME!!!! Name: Pancake Best Guess for Breed: Shepherd, Retriever Best Guess for Age: 1 year, 4 months as of 1/6/2025 SEX: male Approximate Weight: 38lbs Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven’t seen Pancake with cats or kids, but he can be tested! Currently Living at: SC rescue campus. Pancake needs a foster to come to the DC area! Pancake is Looking For: His forever home! Pancake is eager to find his new family and join them for long walks, dog park trips, and doggy playdates to meet and socialize with lots of new pups. He can't wait to explore his new world and earn lots of treats (including puppacinos) along the way. A sweet, young boy, Pancake wants a warm fuzzy bed and loving humans to finally feel at home. What My Foster Says About Me: Coming soon! Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken. All of our dogs are working on their crate training. TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this dog is $460, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter. Adoption Process
1. Complete Adoption Application
2. Phone interview, vet check and home visit.
3. Contract signed (requirements include keeping a pet ID on dog at all times, keeping the dog as a pet, spaying/neutering puppies by 6 monts of age, returning the pet to Lucky Dog in the adopter cannot take care of it at any point in the future, and providing adequate vet care for the rest of the dog's life.
