BLUEBELL NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!! Name:  Bluebell        Best Guess for Breed:  Cattle dog/aussie mix Best Guess for Age:  10 months as of April 2025         SEX:   female   Approximate Weight:  36.8 lbs as of 4/7/25 -- she may fill out a bit more!   Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen her with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!   Currently Living at:  South Carolina Rescue Campus. Bluebell needs a foster or forever home to make her way to the DC area!   Special adoption considerations:  Bluebell is quite shy, so we think she would do best with either a resident dog or a family who can make sure she can go on walks regularly with other dogs, visit the dog park, or go to doggie daycare to learn the ropes.     Bluebell is looking for:  Her forever family! This beautiful girl is out of her youngest puppy days but still has all that awesome young-dog energy. She's eager to have her own humans for long sniffy walks, romps in the park, and exploring the world - she hasn't seen nearly enough of it. She'd love to make pup pals along the way, too. Quality kibble, cushy dog beds, peanut butter-filled Kongs - yes, please. But you know what she wants most of all? To know where she belongs, to know she's safe and loved for all her days. What My Foster Says About Me: Coming soon! Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.  TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this dog is $460, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter. Adoption Process
1. Complete Adoption Application 2. Phone interview, vet check and home visit. 3. Contract signed (requirements include keeping a pet ID on dog at all times, keeping the dog as a pet, spaying/neutering puppies by 6 monts of age, returning the pet to Lucky Dog in the adopter cannot take care of it at any point in the future, and providing adequate vet care for the rest of the dog's life.
