Meet Royce

Welcome to the soft side Royce! This sweet boy was surrendered to the shelter after his owners decided they were allergic. He is a two year old maltipoo that came in severely matted and stained with his own urine. He has been neutered and fully vetted and groomed! His paws were matted all the way down to his paws Royce is animal friendly but does need to learn the  house rules! He will need lots of outdoor time while he acclimates to a new setting.  He adores kiddos, but is looking for a home where someone is around most of the time as he does not like being crated but he will settle down after you sit with him for a few minutes.  He does bark initially at new people and then warms up pretty quickly. Especially with treats! He adores his people and is a super sweet Velcro boy! Currently being fostered in Williamsburg VA. Adoption Process
After submitting and initial application, and vet check and home visit are done. There is no application fee, only an adoption fee which is based on species. All animals must be spayed or neutered and up to date on preventatives.
