​"I've been an animal lover and activist all my life. I used to live in Southern California and had a pet supply store from 1995 to 2010 where we only had rescue animals for adoption. I was one of the very first to apply this concept of getting animals out of high kill shelters and finding them good homes. In those 15 years I placed over 16,000 animals. I left California in 2016 and moved to Washington. Since living here I noticed that there are not as many animals here for adoption and, knowing the situation in LA, I wanted to start rescuing again. Meet Zoe

Zoe is a wonderful little dog that came to us 6 years ago, we found her a great home (so we thought) only to find out that her owners are moving cross country and are not willing to take her along , this is absolutely heartbreaking. She is a good little girl approaching her golden years, she is good with children and other dogs after she has some time to figure them out, she is great on walks and loves hanging out in the kitchen while meals are being made (her favorite are carrots). As we said we are heartbroken about the heartlessness of her family. She deserves to be loved until the day she dies and not until it’s not convenient anymore. Please call us if you like to adopt her.

Adoption Process
Interview, home inspection, meet and greet, adoption contract, refund within 5 days if dog is brought back.
