Meet Charito - Best Little Guy
Meet Charito! This happy fella is a typical pup. Just 6-7 months old and sweet and playful. He is friendly, social, outgoing and just a lot of fun. He will love to be in a home with another playful friend. Charito is still young and will need continued socialization and training. He is just wonderful. He is great with other dogs and is in a foster home with a cat and does very well. He is great with kids too. From his foster mom: Charito (aka "Chuck") is an absolutely delightful, sweet little guy. At 5-6 months old, he's definitely still a curious, playful puppy, but he's also perfectly happy chilling on the couch for some snuggle time. He likes people and all the other dogs he's come in contact with and does great with my cat. He'd definitely thrive in a home where there's another playful dog for him to have a buddy, but he would also be fine as an only dog if he gets plenty of exercise. He sleeps all night and we're doing well with potty training. He is working on leash walking but would definitely need some additional training. His happy little hops just make me laugh, he's such a funny little guy. He will be vaccinated and chipped. He will be neutered between 8-12 months of age, which is covered by his adoption fee. His adoption fee is $450
Adoption Process
We pull dogs from kill shelters and place them with fosters or trial adopters. All adoptions have 2 week trial. Adoption donation is made after trial period and certificate of ownership is issued. We also bring animals from owner surrenders into our organization so that they never enter the shelter system. We check references for all applicants and complete home checks. A great deal of our dogs are transported from CA to Seattle once we have found a foster or trial for them.
