Meet Nyssa, a Parson Russell Terrier

**NYSSA**   Meet Nyssa, a delightful 1-year-old short-coated Parson Russell Terrier larger and longer body than JRT's) with an irresistible personality. She embodies a unique combination of gentleness and strength, feistiness and self-assuredness. At this pivotal age, Nyssa is at a point where she can grow and flourish with the right family by her side. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact on her life!   Although Nyssa can be shy when meeting new people, she quickly warms up and builds trust with gentle encouragement. An active family will be her ideal match, as they can help her channel her energy into exciting adventures and training. Jack Russells are brilliant and thrive with proper guidance, making Nyssa a perfect partner for anyone eager to engage in training and outdoor escapades.   Remember that this breed has a strong prey drive, so it’s essential for her future home to be free of small animals or cats. We are looking for families with children over 10 years old who have experience with dogs to ensure a smooth integration.   Nyssa's stunning short coat features beautiful brown spots against a pristine white background, and her long back and medium-short legs create an endearing silhouette. Her sturdy, muscular build indicates her potential as an exceptional hunting or agility course companion. Just imagine the fun and excitement that await you with Nyssa by your side!   Currently, Nyssa is fed a human-grade dog food diet, and Rompin Paws offers educational resources on the best nutrition for our rescued dogs. Don’t miss your opportunity to welcome Nyssa into your family—she is ready to embark on countless adventures with you!     Adopting Nyssa:  Please use the link below to apply. One of our volunteers will review the application and call to follow up with questions, answer yours, and see if you are a match for this pup. The next step is a meet and greet if a match can be made. Please use a computer, as tablets and cell phones will drop the application. Nyssa has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble instead of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. We will educate her adopters on proper diet and nutrition.  Nyssa has a $550.00 adoption fee. All monies will be recycled to cover medical care and rescue more dogs. Please fill out the online application using this link. Please be thorough in your answers and expound whenever possible so we can get to know you and make the best match.  https://rompinpawsrescue.com
