Meet Sissy a Corgi-Jack Russell puppy

Sissy is a eleven-month-old puppy relinquished to our rescue by her owners because they had no time for her. Sissy is in foster care and this is what her fosters have to say:  From her foster "   Sissy LOVES kids. She is VERY smart. She is very loving and affectionate once trust is built. Sissy is a loyal girl. Partial to men (original owners were men). Cats are a no-go for her. Definite high prey drive. she is a quiet girl and a gentle sweetheart. Sissy is playful and intelligent. She does enjoy other dogs as long as they aren't too intrusive -- she likes her space when she wants it! Sissy has attached to my teenage son and does seem to be partial to men in general (although she has no issues with women). She's great with kids. Cats are a big no -- chickens are a bigger no. She is not terribly vocal (unless she sees a cat or chicken). She does great in the car. I believe she'd be highly trainable -- just a really bright girl! She sleeps with her chosen human at n ight and does enjoy couch potato time in the evenings after a busy day". Sissy is sharing a home with several fostered rescue dogs and she loves to interact and play with them. She will need a human(s) who have the time and commitment to train and spend with a maturing puppy. Sissy has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble in place of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. We will educate her adopters on proper diet and nutrition for her and her new buddies. To apply to adopt Sissy, she has a $595.00 adoption fee.  All monies will be recycled to cover medical care and rescue more dogs. Please fill out the online application using this link.  Please be thorough in your answers and expound whenever possible so we get to know you and can make the best match.        HTTP://rompinpawsrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms/
