Meet Cara Mia, a small Mixed breed

CARA MIA Background Cara Mia (moma) came to us from the shelter with newborn puppies. 2 have survived and she has weaned them. Cara is ready for her forever family. She is in foster care currently and will seek out human attention and affection, is good with her rescue foster brothers and sisters and seems to do well with the resident cat.  She has a tender heart and she just wants to receive love and affection. She was picked up as a stray in Tulare, then sent to us here at Rompin Paws. Cara Mia is extremely affectionate, and if she could snuggle all day long, she would! She is a vocal girl at appropriate times (doorbell, sirens, etc). She does great with kids of all ages. She would do best in a home with NO cats. She gets along with other dogs with similar temperaments. IWe did Cara Mias DNA test. 51% Chihuahua/21 percent Poodle. the rest mixed small breeds. What Cara Mia Needs Cara seeks out love and attention and very much wants to be close to her human. Cara Mia will do best with 1-2 people who have time for her, will walk her, show her adventures, love her unconditionally and feed her the healthy food she has been thriving on. She does not seem to do well when she is all alone so someone who is gone 8-10 hours a day would not be a choice fit. We think mama is ready to find her forever home and just be settled once and for all. She is a lovely girl -- anyone would be lucky to have her as a family member. How To Apply To Adopt Please use this link to apply, One of our volunteers will review the application and call to follow up with questions, answer yours, and see if you are a match for Cara Mia. If it looks like a match can be made, then the next step is a meet and greet. Here is the link. Please use a computer as tablets and cell phones will drop the app. Cara Mia has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble in place of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. SHE LOVES HER NEW FOOD!  We will educate his adopters on proper diet and nutrition for her and her new buddies. To apply to adopt Cara Mia, she has a $550.00  adoption fee.  All monies will be recycled to cover medical care and rescue more dogs. Please fill out the online application using this link.  Please be thorough in your answers and expound whenever possible so we get to know you and can make the best match.                                                                                   https://rompinpawsrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms/
