Meet Dart

Animal Profile: Dart joined us from California on May 14th 2023. He was found dumped in a cardboard box with his mother, Talula and his 4 1-week old sisters. The family is doing well in their foster home. The puppies are sweet and very friendly currently being raised with children and resident dogs. Please stay tuned for more detailed information to follow. Talua and her babies will be available for adoption once her babies are 8 weeks old. Foster Update:  Dart is a pensive fellow who likes to observe from afar before jumping into the fray.  He has soulful eyes and has been known to fall asleep with his chin resting atop someone’s foot.  He’s well fed and has a big round belly perfect for pets! Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations per AVMA standards, heartworm test if applicable, microchip with registration, and health certificate. Your adoption fee may be tax deductible as DGS is a 501c3 organization. All adoption fees go toward the care of all dogs in our rescue.  Apply Online: www.DogGoneSeattle.org/adoption-application Animal History: This dog was found as a stray and rescued from euthanasia at Bakersfield Shelter in California, arriving to foster care in Seattle on 05/14/23. This dog will be available for adoption in the greater Seattle area once evaluated in foster care.
